ERIC PEDRO

Eric Pedro is a chef and restaurateur who has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the world. He started his career at The Ritz-Carlton in Sydney, Australia, before moving to London to work at The Ritz-Carlton there. In 2006, he opened his own restaurant, Ego, in New York City, which was awarded two prestigious Michelin stars. In 2009, he opened his second restaurant, Hakkasan, in Las Vegas, which also received two Michelin stars. He has also been awarded a prestigious James Beard Award for Best Chef: New York City. Eric Pedro is currently the head chef and owner of Table 4.2, a modern American restaurant in Miami.
